DUI DMV Seminar from A to Z in San Diego

Attorney Cole Casey hosting a seminar at the Hilton in Del Mar, CA ~ “DUI from A to DMV.” Handpicking a panel of the greatest legal minds in DUI defense today to come lecture on the varied aspects of DUI defense, Mr. Casey seeks to promote continued education of the evolving nature of DUI defense tactics as well as continuing the push to inspire younger lawyers to take more cases to trial. All too common in criminal defense is the complacency of lawyers to cut plea bargains to avoid the rigors of the trial courtroom – even at the expense of the client. One of Mr. Casey’s top priorities as the California State Delegate for the NCDD* is to re-emphasize the lawyer’s fiduciary duty to the client: to do virtually everything the lawyer can do within the confines of the law to get the best possible outcome for that client. And the lawyer simply cannot fulfill that obligation unless they are prepared to go the distance – meticulously prepared and uncompromisingly inspired.
